First, House Republicans led us to the brink of a government shutdown. Then yesterday, far-right hardliners led the effort to remove the Speaker of the House – something that’s never happened before in American history.

It’s clear that House Republicans are in chaos – but we can’t afford to stop Congress’ important work.

But we look ahead to the rest of the year, we still have a lot of work ahead of us. I’m ready to keep fighting for the priorities PA-08 voters elected me to tackle, from keeping our government open to protecting Medicare and Social Security.
