Fellow Conservative,
Throughout Biden’s administration, he has used his regulatory agencies to blatantly contradict the law, and attack Americans’ way of life. From using OSHA to force Americans to take the COVID-19 vaccine (struck down by the Supreme Court), to creating a student loan debt scheme (also struck down by the Supreme Court), to changing the definition of sex under Title IX (currently delayed by public comments) Biden has displayed contempt for the law and disregard for the American people.
Here are two ways that Biden is continuing his series of attacks, and what you can do to stop him.
Biden’s Fuel Rule
Biden is using the heavy hand of government regulation to crush the automotive industry by forcing a rapid transition from gas powered cars to electric vehicles (EVs), destroying jobs and eliminating quality options for buyers in the process.
It is estimated that making EVs requires 40% less labor <[link removed]> than making the same number of gas vehicles. Thousands will lose their jobs in this government forced transition.
For Americans, it also means that cars will become more expensive as EVs are on average $20,000 more expensive than their gas equivalent.
People should be able to buy the kind of car they want, without significant government intervention.

Protect Life
In 2022, Congress passed the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) with bipartisan support from both the House and Senate. The bill was intended to protect pregnant women from employer discrimination, as well as expand accommodations for pregnancy and childbirth.
Yet, Biden has corrupted the purpose of the law by using the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) to issue a proposed rule requiring employers to make accommodations for abortions.
Biden won’t stop finding ways to attack life. But we won’t stop finding ways to defend it.

When you fight back by submitting a comment, you force the administration to respond to your comment which they are legally required to do. Regulations cannot go into effect until all comments receive a written response. Comments therefore, can delay regulations and, if there are enough, can even get a regulation canceled altogether.
Your comments have resulted in delayed rules before, you can do it again.
Thank you for your efforts! They really do make a difference.
