Change to Proposed Orders on Agreement of Attorney Fees |
|
Effective immediately, filers must include a Statement of Attorney Fees and signed retainer agreement when filing a Proposed Orders on Agreement.
OAH will reject Proposed Orders on Agreement that are filed without a Statement of Attorney Fees and signed retainer agreement.
Why?
OAH received feedback that, at times, not all parties are aware of Orders on Agreement. There is no legal basis for accepting Proposed Orders on Agreement without supporting documentation. Requiring a Statement of Attorney Fees and retainer ensures that all parties are notified.
