As I watched the MAGA clowns fighting on the House floor today, I did not feel one bit sorry for Kevin McCarthy.

Just this afternoon, Matt Gaetz led a vote to oust McCarthy from his speakership. And now that it passed, the House is once again stalled on all business until a new speaker is appointed. But friend, none of these Republicans are qualified for the job.

This is the mess Kevin McCarthy has helped create. So you know what Matt, you’re certainly right about one thing:

What kind of leadership, you ask? NOT ‘leadership’ that bows to extremism and causes cat fights on the House floor. We need leadership that is unified in helping the American people.

Friend, that’s exactly what my Democratic colleagues and I will continue to do. Because let me be crystal clear when I say that the chaos in Congress right now continues to be at the expense of people like you.
