Bobby Weir is amazing. He wraps up a massive summer Dead & Company tour and immediately heads back out on the road with his band “Bobby Weir & Wolf Brothers.” The sound of Weir & Wolf Brothers is different than Dead & Co’s even though they are performing most of the same material from the Grateful Dead’s songbook. Weir & Wolf Brothers have a dreamy country sound that veers into jazz at times. This cover of the Little Feat classic “Easy to Slip” sounds fantastic—scroll in about 30 seconds on the video and let it rip.
