ABOUT THE GAME CHANGER FUND

The Healthy Futures Game Changer fund provides qualifying youth with grants up to $500 to help with sports and recreation related costs for equipment, registration, transportation, etc. The fund also provides shoes and boots to kids in need through Healthy Futures' Kicks for Kids initiative. LAST YEAR'S GAME CHANGER CAMPAIGN RAISED 30K

In the past year, these funds supported grants for 35 youth and 7 teams from across the state from various regions and backgrounds. Additionally, 350 youth were provided with footwear that allow them to participate in a sport, or even go outside for recess during the winter. We're helping kids get in the game! Help us reach our fundraising goal of 50K this year!
