URGENT: Libraries across the nation are in danger of being shut down.

Do you think we should protect public libraries?

YES / NO

Folks, the GOP's culture wars have gone too far.

Between July 2022 and December 2022, more than 32 states have banned hundreds of books in their schools and libraries. A majority of these bans are concentrated in Florida, Missouri, South Carolina, Texas and Utah – and, overwhelmingly, they target books that discuss themes of racism, sexuality, gender and history.

Now a number of libraries across the nation are even on the brink of being shut down due to right-wing pushes to defund these institutions for having "inappropriate" books.

Folks, these attacks are incredibly alarming. Extremists across the country are attempting to erase all traces of vital conversations about history and other important topics, and if we cannot stop them, soon there will be nothing left.

We want to hear from 5,000 of our top supporters and see if they agree that we should defend public libraries.

Answer before midnight: Do you think we should protect public libraries?

YES / NO
