Wow. Friend, I’m speechless.
The end of September was an incredibly important fundraising deadline for our campaign. It’s the second time our fundraising numbers will be available to the public, and we have to show that we have the grassroots support to go the distance.
I’m so proud to say that we exceeded our goal. It was down to the wire, but when we called on our supporters, everyone stepped up to the plate. I can’t say it enough: thank you, thank you, thank you.
We don’t know yet how much my opponent raised. We can expect that he got huge checks from Kevin McCarthy, fossil fuel corporations, and gun lobbyists — all things he prioritizes over his actual constituents in AZ-06.
But thanks to you, we’ll have the resources to take him on.
This is still going to be an incredibly tough race, but I know that with the incredible grassroots network we have built, we can win and flip this seat blue.
