The Kansas Commission on Disability Concerns (KCDC) will have it's annual meeting on Friday, November 3rd from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Topeka/Shawnee County Public Library, 1515 SW 10th Avenue, in Marvin Auditorium 101A and B.
