** Good Grief Support Group

The Good Grief Support Group is an eight-week support group for adults 50 and older who are grieving the recent death of a loved one. The group will provide a safe space to share feelings around loss and grief, as well as ideas for coping safely during challenging times.

Participants are requested to attend all eight 90-minute sessions held via Zoom. An initial interview with a facilitator is required for all interested in joining the group.

Please note that the group will not meet on Thursday, November 23.

This support group is available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories.
