If you feel like there’s a battle in our nation right now, you’re right. And it’s a battle that involves our very future.

You see, the Left wants our kids, plain and simple. And in their quest to control the next generation, children’s lives are being destroyed…

Academically: One-third of American children can’t read at a basic level. And many inner-city schools don’t have a single student who is proficient in math.

Morally: Most public schools teach destructive sexual practices, and many actively undermine parents by encouraging so-called gender transitions.

I could go on with examples, and you probably could, too.

But one thing the Left doesn’t want is the involvement of parents and grandparents who care about the truth. Their mantra, in effect, is “Just trust us—we’re the professionals.”

Well, I don’t. And that’s why last month, I announced the launch of Family Policy Alliance’s multi-faceted initiative to fight for these kids that the Left has so badly failed. It’s called Let Parents Parent, and we need your help today to: 

* Fight for school choice so parents don’t have to just accept the academic or moral failures of their local public schools

* Protect kids from sexualized content in school curricula and libraries

* Pass Help Not Harm, Family Policy Alliance’s legislation to safeguard kids from transgender drugs and surgeries

* Continue the push to Save Girls’ Sports, the movement our team launched in 2020 in Idaho

* And much more, including providing direct help to parents through our Back to School for Parents resource guide

The response to Let Parents Parent has been strong. Folks are recognizing that if we lose the next generation, we have truly lost.

But I’ll be frank with you: We need more Americans to join us at the front lines in this battle. Will you be one? Your gift, whether one-time or monthly, will provide the fuel to keep Family Policy Alliance on the offense—advancing policies and providing direct help to parents to keep the Left from claiming the next generation. 

The good news is that it's working! As you may know, some elements of our work on Let Parents Parent are already underway, and the results are so encouraging!

* Two more states have passed FPA’s Help Not Harm legislation—Louisiana and North Carolina became the 19th and 20th states to protect kids from transgender drugs and surgeries.

* Our alliance continues to make gains in saving girls’ sports—now up to 23 states and counting with Save Girls Sports laws, and two more that have taken significant steps to protect girls sports as well. Amazing progress in just three years.

* School choice is a new reality for tens of thousands more parents after our alliance played a crucial role in passing legislation this year.

* We continue to reach countless parents with helpful resources, like the FPA- authored Back to School for Parents resource guide.

* Now we’re moving to the next big battleground—helping parents, school board members and state allies in protecting kids from sexualized content in school curricula, libraries and events.

I hope you’re as encouraged as I am with these results, which show what can be accomplished with your support.

But I also hope you see that there is so much more to do. The Left is not letting up, as we see every day from the Biden Administration.
