After the latest scourge of gun violence in our country, it's time for Mitch McConnell to finally act on gun violence prevention.

Time and time again, our Democrats have demanded Republicans take action on gun violence.

And time and time again, Mitch McConnell and his Republicans REFUSE to step up.

After the gun violence in El Paso, Dayton, and Chicago this past weekend the time for Republicans to continue to sit on their hands is over.

We know there are common sense solutions that would drastically reduce the carnage we see almost daily in this country.

And our Democrats have worked tirelessly to make those solutions a reality -- but Mitch McConnell won’t even bring them to the Senate floor.

In fact, he and his Republicans take pride in REFUSING to act with our Democrats to keep our communities safe from gun violence.
