Dear John,

This coming Wednesday, March 4, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in June Medical Services v. Russo (formerly June Medical Services v. Gee). The case challenges a law in Louisiana—identical to a Texas law declared unconstitutional in 2016—that would leave the state with only one clinic providing abortion care.

This is the first major abortion case to reach our highest court since Justice Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed. The outcome of this case could impact abortion access across the country.

Join us, our partners, and supporters across the country on oral argument day as we rally to protect abortion access.

-- Rally with us at the Supreme Court in Washington, DC. Join us outside the U.S. Supreme Court at 8 am EST on March 4 (plan to arrive at 7:30am). Learn more and RSVP.

We hope you’ll be able to join us online or in person to show your support for protecting abortion access, no matter where you live.

Thank you for all you do,
