In August, Ohio voters resoundingly rejected Frank LaRose’s attempt to make it harder to amend the constitution – a crucial first step to protect abortion rights in the state. He then responded by attempting to deceive Ohioans again by recruiting his GOP cronies on the Ohio Ballot Board to help him completely re-write the language Ohioans will see when they vote on the amendment that would protect reproductive care in November.

His ballot language is so confusing and misleading and contains so much inaccurate and inflammatory language that he’s facing a lawsuit.

It’s simple: LaRose lacks leadership. He’s doing whatever he possibly can to make it harder for the amendment to pass in November. And if that fails? He’s promised to overrule the majority of Ohioans who support reproductive rights by supporting a national abortion ban in the Senate. He has no problem giving the finger to Ohioans.

You deserve better. We’re fighting to make sure that every single Ohioan can see through the GOP’s last ditch effort to deceive and confuse voters ahead of the election, but we need your help to get it done.
