Listen, the Supreme Court’s decision to take up this case could have horrible repercussions for victims of domestic abuse.

Laws like this are in place to ensure that firearms stay out of the hands of dangerous individuals.

To put things in perspective – 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced some form of physical violence by a partner.

We’re already facing a gun violence epidemic in this country, and this could set us back even further in our fight for gun safety reform.
