Everyone has the right to breathe clean air, drink safe water, and live a toxin-free life. Unfortunately, for millions, the harsh truth is a life burdened by severe pollution—a glaring injustice that demands immediate and transformative action.

The Environmental Justice for All Act would:

Allow frontline communities to hold polluters accountable and strengthen laws against pollution;
Explicitly prohibit environmental injustice and discrimination based on race, color, or national origin;
Direct agencies to prepare community impact reports that assess the potential impacts of their actions on environmental justice communities.

By supporting the Environmental Justice for All Act, we have a unique opportunity to chart a new path and better serve those who have been unjustly burdened by the ravages of climate change and pollution and pave the way for remedying a long history of environmental harm and racism.
