YOUR SIGNATURE NEEDED: urge the Senate to PASS the For the People Act (H.R.1)! >>

Next Sunday marks the one-year anniversary of the House passage of H.R. 1, the For the People Act. This landmark bill, would provide a much needed revitalization of our democracy, by implementing long-awaited measures that would improve voting rights, reduce the influence of money in politics, and strengthen ethics laws for elected officials and others in public office.
But you guessed it, Moscow Mitch McConnell is REFUSING to bring the bill to the floor for a vote, adding it to a growing pile of bills passed by the House that some have begun calling McConnell's "legislative graveyard."
This historic reform package seeks to restore and strengthen principles that progressives have long championed as essential to ensuring that the voices of all Americans are reflected in the policies and actions of their elected officials.
And in the Trump era, it's more important than ever that we begin to address these issues head-on, instead of waiting to see how low our democracy can sink and how much Republicans are willing to trample on our Constitution.
Tell Mitch McConnell you've had enough! Demand that he bring the bill to the floor for a vote! >>
