Michael had a great time in Walterboro getting to meet the committed members of the Colleton County Democratic Party.

In our fight to flip SC-01, we're working hard to win the support of all residents across the Lowcountry. We agree: It's time to restore honest leadership and commonsense solutions to Congress.

Michael had the pleasure of speaking with College of Charleston students about historic preservation, community planning, and his work as founding president of the International African American Museum.

As he's said before, Michael is running for Congress to preserve the promise of opportunity for young people across SC-01.

Michael had a fun time meeting folks from the Charleston Climate Coalition, Charleston Hope, and Be The Ones at the Charleston and North Charleston mayoral candidate mixer.

It was inspiring for him to hear from so many local groups and public servants committed to making life better for Lowcountry families!

As a longtime business executive, Michael knows firsthand that employees throughout any organization deserve fair pay and decent benefits.

He stands in solidarity with UAW members as they seek sensible concessions from management and strive for a better quality of life for America's auto workers.

The Supreme Court rejected the latest effort by extreme Republicans to defy federal court orders and discriminate against Black voters in Alabama.

When the Court hears the SC-01 racial gerrymandering case this month, our state's officials must set a different example.

There's so much work to do, and we're only just getting started.
