It’s become clear that Kiwis overwhelmingly feel NZ is heading in the wrong direction.

The cost of living is crippling, with mortgages, rents and grocery prices through the roof. Crime is out of control, education standards are falling, and our health system is in crisis.

But there’s also some commentary that this election is a foregone conclusion. I can assure you, it isn’t.

Recent polls have shown that the outcome of this election is on a knife edge. That’s because every MMP election is tight, and the results will be extremely close this time too.

So, if you’re one of those Kiwis concerned about NZ’s direction, our message to you is clear - to get change, you have to vote for change. You can’t leave it to someone else and expect to get the change you want.

Just ask yourself this: how will you feel if you wake up after the election and hear that National has fallen just short of forming a government?

How will you feel if NZ First becomes the kingmaker, just like in 2017? Or that there is a Labour-Greens-Te Pāti Māori coalition for the next three years?

That’s not an outcome anyone wants. The only thing predictable about it is that none of the issues that matter to you would be addressed.

If that’s not the outcome you want, then don’t leave it to chance.
