Folks — Are you ready for some football?
With the NFL season underway, millions of New Yorkers are tuning in to watch their teams play. Although the rivalries between Jets, Giants, and Bills fans might run deep, we’re all united by our love of the game.
That’s why Governor Kathy Hochul recently stepped into the contract dispute between Charter/Spectrum and Disney.
For over a week, New Yorkers paying their cable bills were locked out of several TV channels because of a corporate dispute. So the Governor stepped in — because these companies’ negotiations should not interfere with folks using the cable service they pay for fair and square.
No challenge or task is too big or too small for Governor Hochul — especially a challenge getting in the way of Monday Night Football!

She delivers results for New Yorkers every day — help her keep up the work by chipping in today!
