Dear John,

Make no mistake. There’s an all-out war on women underway right now.

Women’s rights are under full-fledged attack by right-wing extremists... as are civil rights.... LGBTQ rights... and most frightening of all, democracy itself.

You can be sure your Feminist Majority Foundation is fighting back. And we know that you will want to help more than ever in this perilous time [[link removed]] .

Please Renew Your Support [[link removed]]

We’re Counting on Your Support for These Essential Battles:

✓ We are fighting to make sure that the Equal Rights Amendment, needed now more than ever, is recognized and placed in the U.S. Constitution.
✓ Our National Clinic Access Project is working to help independent abortion providers and clinics stay open. This is a state of emergency for far too many clinics.

As a result of this horrific state of emergency, our National Clinic Access Project [[link removed]] , which has been helping clinics stay open and doctors, nurses, and patients to stay safe, is needed more than ever to meet emergency requests from embattled clinics around the country.

Renew Your Annual Support [[link removed]]

Today, our Clinic Access Project is more essential than ever. The Supreme Court Dobbs decision destroying the federal right to abortion has emboldened the anti-abortion extremists. Our clinic defense program works with targeted independent clinics by training legal observers, providing pro bono attorneys, assisting with security measures, and supporting independent clinics.

Here’s How Your Past Support Has Made a Big Difference. And why your continued support is more important than ever.

✓ Because of your past support, your Feminist Majority Foundation worked to turn out college students to successfully defeat the anti-abortion referendum in Kentucky, and this proven experience and action with young voters is just the beginning.
✓ With your continued support, the Foundation will be able to help more state coalitions turn out the college campus vote to pass pro-reproductive health and rights referenda in Ohio in 2023 and many other states in 2024.
✓ Meanwhile, we are in full mobilization mode, doing our part to have the Equal Rights Amendment recognized and certified as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The ERA has met all the requirements for ratification. Both our feminist college campus and high school programs emphasize the importance of the Equal Rights Amendment.

As we work to fight for equality here in the U.S., we must not forget about the women and girls in Afghanistan. We must work to ensure that gender apartheid is recognized by the UN as an international crime against humanity and to ensure that the U.S. continues its policy of non-recognition of the Taliban and that provisions for humanitarian aid reach women and girls.

Your continued support is not just wanted; it's needed . Renew your support today. [[link removed]] The challenges might seem insurmountable, but with your help, we can fight back and push for equality.

For Equality,

Eleanor Smeal, President
Kathy Spillar, Executive Director

PS: We understand there's so much happening in the world. But right now, while this message is fresh in your mind, please consider renewing your support. [[link removed]] Your commitment is our strength in these challenging times.
