Brandon Presley: Now the bad news: if we don’t pick up the pace, we won’t hit our $108,000 goal by midnight tonight. This money goes directly to training volunteers, knocking doors, making calls, and, most importantly – winning support. Ron Owens: We have to keep up our fundraising to compete with Tate Reeves’ multi-million dollar campaign war chest – especially with his team spending millions on new ads lying about Brandon’s record.
Brandon Presley: Tate Reeves and his team are going to spend whatever it takes to try and win this race. And in the final stretch, we can’t afford to give them any kind of advantage–not when this race is statistically TIED.
Ron Owens: Mississippi’s previous Democratic Nominee only lost by about 45,000 votes. It’s going to be a close race, but we know we can make up the difference this year with your support.
