In a moment, I’m going to tell you about why Angela Alsobrooks has earned my endorsement in her critical Maryland Senate race, but before I get into that:

If there’s anything I’ve learned in the Senate, it’s that we need a whole lot more people who can relate to the everyday challenges people face.
We need people committed to defending our democracy.
We need people guided by doing what’s right for the next generation, instead of doing what’s easy.
We need people who want to do the most good for the most folks, rather than score political points.
That's why I’m proud to support Angela Alsobrooks to be the next Senator from Maryland.
Angela gets it. She’s a mom, a daughter, former State’s Attorney, and current Prince George’s County Executive.
She understands what families are going through and she’s been on the front lines delivering for Marylanders for more than 26 years.
Angela is the kind of fighter we need in the Senate. I know she’ll bring new perspectives and the grit to get things done. I can’t wait to work alongside her, but for that to happen she’s going to need a lot of help from grassroots donors, like you, John.
