When you run a campaign like mine, every dollar counts. I don’t have a ‘D’ or an ‘R’ next to my name, and that means our campaign relies on grassroots donations from regular people chipping in a few bucks at a time whenever they are able.

That also means you can count on two things: My focus will always be on solving problems and making things work for the people of Maine, and I’ll never have to play partisan politics or toe a party line.

The way I see it, the only way we’re going to tackle the challenges people across the country are facing right now is by building consensus for common-sense solutions. That’s why I’m more dedicated than ever to bringing an independent voice to Washington.
