I know fundraising emails can feel overwhelming, and I’m sure we’re not the only campaign that has sent you them lately, so I’ll explain a little more about why fundraising is so important for our campaign:

→ Last year’s Comptroller race was the most expensive in state history, so we’ve been focused on rebuilding this year.

→ At the start of this year, we only had a limited window of time to fundraise before we were unable to for months.

→ We had a busy summer attending events, festivals, and parades, so we haven’t been able to fully focus on fundraising over the last few months.

This deadline is an important opportunity to get our fundraising back on track. With that in mind, can I count on you to contribute any amount today?
