This is an outrage: Mitch McConnell's team thought it was FUNNY to tweet out a photo of a tombstone with Amy McGrath's name on it.

Amy McGrath is a veteran who put her life on the line to serve our country -- joking about her death is an OUTRAGEOUS DISRESPECT to her service.

The fact that McConnell's team thought it was appropriate to joke about the death of a political rival is sickening. Unfortunately, it's not surprising.

McConnell has built his career on widening the political divide in our country. He proudly refers to himself as the "GRIM REAPER" of the Senate -- because it's where bills go to die.

Take a look at what else McConnell himself thought it was funny to joke about "killing": The middle class, judicial independence, Senate decorum, health care, campaign finance reform, political opponents -- McConnell shouldn't be proud of killing any of these things.

At a time when domestic terrorism is on the rise and mass shootings are a frequent occurrence, Mitch McConnell casually embraces the imagery of death and implied violence against those who don't share his political views.

McConnell embodies the worst of what Washington has to offer. It's time to send him packing.
