As many of you all know, Hal is continuing to travel the state at an
extremely aggressive pace and connecting with voters and grassroots
activists all across North Carolina. Hal has always believed in running
"people-based" campaigns, and his own run for Lt. Governor is no different.
We are, at our very core, a grassroots campaign that depends on the efforts
of our volunteers to make an impact in their respective areas.

Support is strong, but as we near the mobilization stages of our campaign,
