This week America First Legal continued our fight to expose the realities of illegal immigration. We released new documents, obtained through litigation against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), revealing how the Biden Administration funded a contract for a former Obama and Biden Administration staffer to the tune of billions of dollars. We also secured a victory in a Second Amendment case when the court denied the Department of Justice's (DOJ) motion to dismiss our lawsuit.
