Earlier this week the Centers for Disease Control told Americans to prepare
for the spread of coronavirus in their communities.
Here's what Donald Trump said: "We'll see what happens. Nobody really knows."
With this president, "Nobody really knows" says it all.
"Nobody really knows" because Donald Trump slashed funding of the CDC and
other essential health agencies.
"Nobody really knows" because Donald Trump eliminated the White House chain of
command tasked with responding to a pandemic.
"Nobody really knows" because this administration has waged a war on science,
the press, and the institutions that keep us safe and informed.
"Nobody really knows" because no one can ever really know what this erratic,
unstable president is going to do.
