The WA-02 race is the Green Party’s BEST chance to win a seat in Congress. I’ll explain.

I tried for years to get my congressman to listen to the working people of WA-02. I tried as a constituent, as a public school teacher, as a union rep, as an organizer, an activist, and even as an elected member of the Washington Democratic Party.

MANY of us tried to engage Rick Larsen on the issues that matter to our community. But he wouldn’t listen.

After two decades of his failed leadership, I answered the call of my community and stepped up to run for the honor of representing this very progressive district I am proud to call home.

I want to be clear. There are only two people who can possibly win this seat in November of 2024 – and it’s either going to be me, or Rick Larsen.

No Republican has any shot of winning in the 2nd district. This community cares deeply about climate action, social justice, and labor rights – all things the Republican Party is inherently opposed to. Since 1965, this district has only been represented by a Republican for 6 years.

Our progressive, working class community deserves a representative who will fight for working families and a livable future – a working class dad like me, not an ex-lobbyist like Larsen.

I’m running to pass Medicare for All, fight for urgent climate action and a fundamental transformation of our economy with a REAL Green New Deal. And unlike my opponent, I’ve never taken a dime of corporate PAC money – and I never will.

Our FEC reporting deadline is just over 24 hours away, and we still need a boost to close out the month so we can make the most of the next two months before the holidays. Can you pitch in $24 now to help us win next year?

WHEN (not if) we win this seat, we are going to make history. I will be the first member of the Green Party elected to federal office, and a genuine independent, unbought, working class voice in Congress.

The Democratic Party has left the 2nd district to the wolves of corporate greed and climate annihilation. You and I are going to change that.
