COMING THIS WINTER: COWS becomes High Road Strategy Center!
Confused about our name? So are we! Since officially changing our name from Center on Wisconsin Strategy to COWS in 2015, we've heard a lot of questions. What exactly do cows have to do with getting on the high road?

To address this question, last year we made the decision to seek a new name - High Road Strategy Center. Earlier this year the name was approved, and the re-launch is scheduled for this winter! You can expect a new name, new website, new logos, and fresh content on our social media channels.

MIP Summer 2023 Recap

Last month, the Mayors Innovation Project held their annual Summer Meeting in historic Scranton, PA!

From August 9-11, mayors from all over the country joined this years host, Mayor Paige Cognetti of Scranton. The agenda included topics ranging from electric vehicles, housing, fiscal transparency, and much more! Each event was carefully designed so that all attendees were able to take ideas home regardless of city size, structure, or preemption. Pennsylvania's U.S. Senators John Fetterman and Bob Casey also made an appearance at the event!
