Hi there John, it's Rena again. This week has been quite eventful, and I couldn't resist coming back for another Friday update to share the incredible experience I had on Wednesday night!
Less than 48 hours ago, Josh and I had the privilege of attending my mom's second debate. And once again, we were blown away watching my mom deliver her powerful vision for our country’s future.

Remember when I mentioned how remarkable it was to witness my mom at her first presidential debate? Well, this time around, if you had the chance to watch, you'd agree that she showed immense strength and determination on that stage.
During the debate, she laid out her message and solutions like no other candidate could. She gave real answers to every question that came her way — from the economy, to healthcare, to national security, to education, and more.
Once again, my mom came out as the clear winner. I had a smile from ear to ear throughout the entire night just watching her!
But here's the thing: our week isn't over just yet. My mom's FEC end-of-quarter deadline will be here tomorrow night, which adds even more weight to this week's $5 Friday.

My name is Nikki Haley. I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I’m running for President of the United States.
I’m running for President because my parents came to America more than 50 years ago – an America that was strong and proud, and full of opportunities. I want them to know that America again.
I’m running for President as a military spouse. My husband is deployed and I want him and his military brothers and sisters to know their sacrifice means something – that we do love this country.
I’m running for President for the future of our kids. I have a daughter who just got married and I saw how hard it was for her and her husband to buy a home. I’m running for my daughter, my son, and our future generations. I want them to experience the freedom and opportunity that the American Dream has to offer.
I’m running for President because we have a country to save!
I’ve seen that even on our worst days, we are blessed to live in America. But I also know that under Biden’s leadership, times are tough, our future is slipping, and America can be doing so much better.
As governor, I was dubbed a “jobs governor” because I slashed our unemployment rate, brought jobs back to our state, and shepherded in a successful economic recovery.
At the UN I fought for America, made sure our allies knew we had their backs, stood up for Israel even when others refused, and stood up to murderers and dictators to let them know that America was taking names.
I know how to make America strong and proud because I’ve done it before. And I’ll do it as your next President.
As President, I’ll revitalize our economy, support small businesses, stop Washington’s spending sprees, protect our border, champion school choice, and save America’s future.
