Did you ever wonder why so many towns in Connecticut are led by Republican mayors and councils? The answer is as simple as it is troubling: Democrats aren’t showing up to vote in municipal races.
In fact, Republicans took the top elected post from Democrats in 16 cities and towns in 2021 and they could flip even more if we don’t show up to vote this year.
