BOB UNRUH — A major study shows that dozens of major school districts cross the nation have biases in their teaching hiring procedures, making sure that leftist ideologies are embedded in their classrooms. The study from the National Opportunity Project said its findings "raise serious legal questions in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision outlawing race-based college admissions. Employment policies in K-12 public schools that consider race, creed, and political ideology and are infused with biased language and decision-making processes unfairly, and sometimes illegally, skew hiring in favor of certain candidates."... Slap on wrist for key instigator underscores corrupt process
DEBRA HEINE — Federal prosecutors have finally filed a criminal charge against prominent January 6 protester Ray Epps. Epps, a former Oath Keepers member from Arizona, was charged with a single misdemeanor count of disruptive or disorderly conduct in a restricted area in U.S. District Court in Washington on Tuesday, despite his lead role in orchestrating chaos on that day. NEWSMAX — The House will be sending out several subpoenas now that it has announced an impeachment inquiry, and now, "we're all waiting to see" if they'll be enforced by the courts, one former acting atorney general, Matthew Whitaker, said on Newsmax Sunday. "What is going to happen now is they're going to develop the evidence and figure out how they can possibly file articles of impeachment against Joe Biden," Whitaker commented during Newsmax's "Wake Up America." NEWSMAX — Public schools across the country are approaching a “make or break moment,” Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona told Politico on Sunday. Cardona and other Democrats told the news outlet that public schools are facing a widespread crisis over the increased popularity of private schools and homeschooling in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
