Attorney General Todd Rokita warns Hoosiers to avoid scams this fall. It’s the time of year for scammers to crawl out of the woodwork and find new victims.
“As families plan for fall break, remember scammers are just waiting for Hoosiers to let their guard down,” Attorney General Rokita said. “Don’t fall for their clever schemes - if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. Hoosiers can protect themselves and their assets by asking the right questions and doing their research before making any big plans.”
