We have over 200 Emerge women on the ballot in November. We can’t get to all of them today, John, but here are a few you should know: 

Del. Danica Roem (Emerge VA) made history as the FIRST openly transgender state legislator to serve in the Virginia House of Delegates. Now she’s running for state Senate to protect the slim Democratic majority in this crucial battleground state. 

Alixon Collazos-Gill (Emerge NJ) is stepping up to run for the New Jersey General Assembly. If elected, she will make history as the FIRST Latina to represent her district in the state legislature!

Commissioner Kristin Ang (Emerge WA) is a Filipino-American attorney and Commissioner of the Port of Tacoma. She made history as the first person of color elected to the Port of Tacoma commission.

These trailblazers – and many more! – are counting on our support all the way to Election Day so they can help flip states fully blue and set the pace for our fight in 2024. We can’t afford to let them down. Our work depends on grassroots support from Emerge community members like you.
