John, there is a real risk of a government shutdown.

I’m working hard to do whatever I can to keep the government open, to ensure folks serving in uniform and working at the VA get paid, and to get Washington back on track.

These are all things you should expect — at a bare minimum — from your elected leaders.

But the way things are going, the partisanship and dysfunction in the GOP controlled House makes it seem like that’s optional.

It’s frustrating. But worse, it hurts millions of people who work important jobs and who depend on government services. Make no mistake about that.

This is why the work we do on the campaign trail is so important. If we held the House in 2022, we wouldn’t be here. And that’s why I’m working so hard to protect the gains we have made in the Senate, and to make sure Arizona continues to be a place where we win.

Hopefully that means we will pick up a few seats in Congress in 2024. But to do that, I need your help.

So please, I’m humbly asking:
