AFSCME family, meet Melissa York, a remarkable person who helps make the world a better place! She's the Senior Director of Volunteerism and Advocacy for the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
Melissa's job is to connect people with ways to help their community, like cleaning up beaches or assisting refugee families who come to the United States. She learned from her family to always lend a hand to people who are struggling.
