Donate now and double your impact

John, if you had any doubt about the stakes of the 2024 election, erase them. This New York Times headline says it all:

There is no sugarcoating what we’re up against. The extreme right and big polluters, like the Heritage Foundation and Koch Industries, are funding campaigns and candidates up and down the ballot. They’ve announced their battle plan and are ready to roll back all of our progress if they win the White House.

Here at EDF Action, we have our own battle plan. Unite for Climate fights back against big polluters while fighting for a more clean and just economy. We mobilize folks around climate champions so communities across the country can seize the historic opportunities within the Inflation Reduction Act. We work to make more progress than ever before.

But crucial work like this needs invigorated folks like you to help fuel the fight. By donating $50 today, we can hire more organizers to be out in the field, host more events highlighting the incredible work already happening and show more voters why we need to elect climate champions from city councils all the way to the White House.

Thanks to an incredible EDF Action supporter, all donations will be matched $1 for $1 until September 30 — meaning your donation will have twice the impact. Double the ground game, double the outreach and (with hard work and a little luck!) double the number of elected leaders who put climate first. The stakes have never been higher — donate today so we can get a head start for 2024!

The extreme right’s “Project 2025” may sound innocuous. But make no mistake — this 1,000-page plan puts polluters' profits over people and is a direct attack against our hard-fought climate progress. It would slash historic funding for climate initiatives, gut safety standards and squander time we need to tackle the climate crisis.

John, we both know that we’re on the right side of history. We also know that we can’t let up, because our opponents rely on confusing and dividing voters. United, we can keep up the momentum, protect our progress and continue to show global leadership as we face the climate crisis.

Help support our Unite for Climate plan with a $50 donation (don’t forget it’s worth $100 after the match!) so we can hit the ground running for the work ahead.

Thanks for standing with us. This is a fight we must win and that only happens if we do it together.
