I wanted to check in with you personally because as of today, we’re now halfway finished with our end of the quarter fundraising push. Just look at our progress so far!
John, we’ve passed our 50% threshold and now we’re well on our way to closing the gap in the next 48 hours — but we need all the help we can get to end off the quarter in the strongest possible position ahead of our FEC deadline.
Our finance team let me know that if 60 percent of the people reading this email chip in at least $10 — we’ll be able to close on our goal right on time. Can we count on you to be one of the grassroots supporters we need to help push this campaign forward?

As a grassroots movement, we are in the unique position to refuse any and all monies from corporate PACs or special interest groups. I know this makes fundraising for big goals more challenging, but that’s one thing I’ll never back down from.
