National Republicans are descending upon California to mobilize their base around key 2024 races -- including competitive House races like ours in CA-27.
Here’s a sampling of what’s going on this week:
- Yesterday, the Republican presidential debate was held at the Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley -- just outside of our district.
- Tomorrow, Donald Trump will headline the California Republican Party convention in Anaheim. He'll promote his own campaign. We also expect him to boost allies like our opponent Rep. Mike Garcia (who he has endorsed before).
- This Saturday, Trump is holding a whopping $23,200 per ticket fundraiser in Costa Mesa. There's no doubt he'll be bringing major attention (and money) to key House races like CA-27.
John, it's no secret that control of the House will likely be determined in key, California toss up districts like ours. This MAGA barnstorm to our state proves Republicans know exactly what’s at stake. We can’t let this go unchallenged:
We need to send a strong message -- especially right now -- that California rejects the GOP's extreme agenda. Chip in $3 before Saturday’s end-of-quarter deadline to help us defeat Mike Garcia and flip CA-27 from red to blue.
