With the entire Virginia General Assembly up for re-election this year, there is so much on the line. If the GOP is successful this November, all of the progress we’ve made on voting rights, gun reform, and women’s reproductive rights will be rolled back.
One of the most important, consequential elections in the Commonwealth is right here on the Peninsula — Senator Monty Mason’s re-election in Senate District 24.
With the GOP vying to take the Senate, Monty’s seat is the final line of defense against the Republicans’ extreme agenda to roll back progress and restrict a woman’s right to access reproductive care.
We cannot let that happen.
