First, I’m delighted to share we will be joined by Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD). His leadership on this issue has been critical throughout the process, always emphasizing that the equal treatment of all Americans [[link removed]] is central to the basic requirements of the Visa Waiver Program.

I have heard from so many of you who are just as outraged as I am on the Biden administration's decision [[link removed]] to allow Israel into the Visa Waiver Program. We will be joined by Arab American leaders and partner organizations, as well as directly impacted people who have faced discrimination at the border. We will discuss strategy for congressional oversight and possible legal challenges.
