👋 As COO, I oversee our budget to make sure we have the resources to fully operate as an organization. That means I have a bird’s-eye view on everything we do, and can identify budget shortfalls holding us back from effectively supporting our servant leaders as they explore opportunities in politics.

But I have to level with you, earlier this week, I connected with our team to take a fine tooth comb to our budget. During that meeting, we assessed we need to raise another $10,000 before September ends. 😬
