YOUR SIGNATURE NEEDED: Stop Congress from REVERSING hard-fought state laws that protect bees from toxic pesticides! Please, Friend, send your message now!

Bees and other pollinators are enduring what some scientists are calling an “insect apocalypse!” Some of the most beloved pollinators, like the fluffy Western Bumblebee, have seen more than 90% of their population DIE OFF over the past two decades.

Bee-toxic pesticides play no small part in this pollinator emergency. Many states have passed laws restricting some of the worst pesticides – many of these laws were passed with help from the comments that Friends of the Earth members like you submitted! But Congress is poised to UNRAVEL all that work! Friend, tell Congress to OPPOSE repeals of state laws that protect our pollinators from pesticides before it’s too late!

Many wild bee species are being pushed to the brink of extinction. But the pesticide lobbyists trying to overrule our local and state pesticide laws aren’t concerned about that – they’re worried about their own profits. And they’ll get their way without help from environmentalists like you!

Pesticides can be damaging to people’s health too – and we should have the right to restrict chemicals that are dangerous to our health. Instead, Congress is about to step into our communities and tell us that we have to allow dangerous pesticides – some of which have been linked to hormone disruption and birth defects of the heart and brain!

We need 1,391 more signatures from your area to hit our goal and PROTECT BEES and PEOPLE from pesticides. Keep our state laws intact and send your message now!

Standing with you,
Kendra Klein
