We've emailed a few times about Saturday's official FEC fundraising deadline already, so let us be direct: Can you make a contribution to stand with Ilhan today?

Here's why:

The truth is that Ilhan doesn't fund this campaign the way a lot of her colleagues in Washington do. That means no shady super PACs, no big checks from corporate lobbyists, and no billionaires waiting in the wings. Just lots and lots of people chipping in what they can.

Over 99% of donations to Ilhan are under $50. Our average contribution so far in September is $16.63. And when we ask first-time donors to chip in, we usually ask for $3.

All that matters is that you are choosing to be a part of this movement — of something larger than all of us.

For a campaign like ours, there are no small contributions: every vote counts, every door-knock counts, and every dollar counts. So please:
