Youth Mental Health: Today, Tomorrow and in the Future

I hope you're keeping well.

This World Mental Health Day, October 10th, the National Youth Health Programme are delighted to host a conference on ‘Youth Mental Health, Today, Tomorrow and in the Future’ ([link removed]) .

The conference aims to:
* Provide an insight into the struggles young people face due to past and/or current events.
* Understand how trauma can impact young people and their development.
* Discuss the impact substance use may have on young people.
* Provide sources of support for the youth workers to ensure their wellbeing is cared for in their everyday lives.

The conference MC will be SpunOut CEO Ian Power. We are also delighted to have a number of experienced and insightful speakers to include;
