Shocking: A Christian kid was unconstitutionally suspended for telling his classmates about Jesus. Now we're filing a lawsuit.

It's abhorrent. But if it could happen here, it could happen in any school in the nation.

We are about to file a major lawsuit in federal court, demanding this school not only apologize but also never ban another Christian kid from sharing their faith.

When schools banned Bible clubs decades ago, I took the case all the way to the Supreme Court and won. But the attacks on faith have only gotten more malicious.

If we don't aggressively fight back, we could lose everything we've fought for. We're seeing Bibles confiscated from children, judges banning public prayer, and even saying "Jesus loves you" can get you fired.

We will take each of these cases all the way to the Supreme Court if needed. But it's going to take every one of you – our dedicated ACLJ members – to defeat this increasingly spiteful war on our faith.
