Marlene’s private correspondence with her doctor, stating that she preferred for women and not men or trans-women to care for her during her delicate post-operative condition, was spread to the office staff of Richmond Family Medicine Clinic.
She was swiftly targeted as ‘transphobic’ and a troublemaker.

Marlene’s medical care swiftly declined as staff, who disagreed with her personal request, refused to take messages to her primary care physician.
She was abruptly informed that the clinic had cut off her medical care.
Twelve days before the first anniversary of her cancer diagnosis, she was removed from her medical care system.
The Richmond Family Medicine Clinic is part of a massive health network tied to the Oregon Health and Science University. OHSU includes the largest hospital in Oregon and numerous prominent hospitals and medical centers in the region.
Regardless of her ongoing need for medication to maintain her health after a previous liver transplant, Marlene was abandoned by her healthcare provider.
She was denied access to the life-saving double mastectomy to address her cancer in August.
She was denied healthcare because she believes women are women and men are men.
How long before this discrimination leads to a life-saving surgery being withheld from others like Marlene? People like you and me are being de-platformed daily for speaking the truth. A wave of stories has broken about banks shutting down the accounts of citizens who dare to speak out, and now medical care is being withheld.
The rabid LGBT partisans aim to steal your healthcare if you dare proclaim your views. The actions of the Richmond Family Medicine Clinic are despicable and cannot be allowed to set a precedent within the healthcare community.
We stand with Marlene and say this is unconscionable.
