John,

Michigan is at the center of the rise of extremism in the United States. It reminds us that we play a critical role in protecting our democracy and stemming the tides of extremism.

We cannot assume that extremists will go quietly into the night since we elected Democrats up and down the ballot in Michigan in 2022 and 2020. We have a critical election approaching in 2024.

That’s why it is so imperative that we organize early to hold one of the ‘swingy-est’ and most purple areas of the state - Hillary’s district in West Michigan. Her seat will be key in securing the presidency and Congress in 2024. Consequently, her seat will be a crucial tipping point on whether extremism will win in Michigan.

An investment in Hillary’s campaign is an investment in staving off the anti-democratic attacks of extremists. With that in mind, please consider chipping in just $5 today to reelect Hillary Scholten.
